Ara G. Beal is a YSKP alum and native Yellow Springer. She earned a BA in Theatre from Wittenberg Univeristy and an MA in Theatre from Miami University. Currently she is pursuing her PhD at the University of Maryland, College Park. She works as a director and dramaturg in addition to her academic pursuits. Previous participation in YSKP shows includes Dick Tracy, Harriet the Spy, The Oracle™s Mouth, Bonanza Valley!, Homer Price, Gaston Boudreaux, and Endurance.
