Call the Antioch Theatre after June 1 at 769-1030 and leave your name and number of people for Early Seating from 7-7:15pm.
For early seating at the Springfield Arts Festival, join the Springfield tradition by setting up and leaving your lawn chair or blanket anytime during the day of the show at the Veteran’s Park Amphitheatre.

YSKP would not be possible without the generous support of parents and community members as board members, summer production staff, and organizers. If you would like to support this valuable organization in a volunteer capacity, please call Lisa Hunt at 360-6670.
Current Volunteer Needs:
Promotions Committee
We need people who have experience with one or more of the following: marketing, marketing and the arts, arts events planning, advertising, advertising design, outreach, and/or promoting. This is a working committee that will assess promotional strengths and weaknesses, develop a promotional plan with targets and timelines in conjunction with and in addition to YSKP’s strategic plan, and assist with implementation, leveraging resources and expertise to developing audience and visibility for YSKP. Time commitment is approximately 5-10 hours a month. Areas of responsibility include promoting shows, bringing in partners, developing and marketing products, developing creative markets, and creative ways to reach those markets within a given budget.
Education Committee
At least three persons who are have experience with one of more of the following: arts education, youth education, K-12 curriculum development, K-12 evaluation, non-profit organizational evaluation, arts evaluation. This committee will oversee implementation of educational components of arts programs and grant projects, specifically the National Endowment for the Arts, and the OAC Arts Partnership grant (Alumni evaluation, Tween workshops, and Teacher Reach). Their expertise will assist in development of materials, surveys, and on-going evaluations. Further this committee will develop an organizational evaluation and track strategic plan implementation in tandem with other committees and the board. They will also give guidance into use of evaluation results and useful next step evaluations. This is a working committee expected to assist when necessary on data gathering or other evaluation activities. Time commitment is approximately 5-10 hours a month.
Donations
Donations are always accepted and help to support youth who might be need a partial or full scholarship for participation in the summer program.
